For Custom Print orders, the customer is responsible for providing high-resolution images.

We reserve the right to refuse any image that is deemed inappropriate or violates copyright laws.

Once a custom order is printed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We provide delivery services across Jordan.

Standard delivery takes 24 to 48 hours.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
