At Al-Shabah Mobile, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Here is our policy:
1. Returns & Exchanges (Standard Cases)

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
2. Custom Print Cases

Please note that Custom Printed Cases cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error from our side. Because these are made specifically for you, we cannot resell them.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp (0799754840) with a photo of the product. We will replace it for you free of charge.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.
